First room had severe bathroom damage!!! Shower not usable!!! Chairs ripped and pillows missing!!! Walls needed serious cleaning!!! Management should address the issues with room quality and cleanliness standards!!!

Good location with easy access to downtown. The room had a hot tub, flat-screen TV, and microwave. Wifi was decent. They had coffee and tea-making facilities. The staff worked hard, super helpful with everything we needed. Clean shower and comfy beds made for a nice stay. Enjoyed the complimentary toiletries too!

this hotel is an absolute joke. roaches everywhere, and the front desk staff has an attitude problem. I expected personal treatment as a guest but was met with disdain. the lack of clean towels was astonishing. honestly, I almost thought about giving them a good review but just couldn't, everytime I think of my stay, I fume. so disappointing.

my stay at magnuson was great! the staff was fantastic and really dedicated. the location is perfect since it offers quick access to downtown while keeping it affordable. loved the clean room and the hot shower was a nice touch. also, the seasonal outdoor pool was wonderful and added to the experience.
